Sterling Consulting Group were commissioned to advise the client how to grow market share and establish the company as a preferred supplier to its customers.

We identified the scope for improvement by discussion with customers, market influencers, directors and employees of the company. Then, in discussion with the Board, we defined the business processes critical to delivering what was needed, developed and agreed an action plan with the Board, and presented it to managers.

Growth demanded a dramatic improvement in customer service; this required realignment of process responsibilities, creation of cross-functional teams, and some relocation of staff. Sterling Consulting Group managed the overall exercise, supported the cross-functional teams, and provided specialist support in key areas.
