NEW DIRECTOR FOR STERLING

Graham Sargent has become an executive director of Sterling. A graduate chartered accountant he pursued a financially oriented career in ‘blue chip’ groups before moving into general management, most recently as Managing Director of Milk Marque Limited.

Graham has wide experience of operating at main board level and is a seasoned trouble-shooter and accomplished project manager. He specialises in strategic planning and restructuring, process re-engineering programmes and change management initiatives in industries undergoing significant technological, structural or cultural change. He maintains a special interest in business risk analysis.

His financial background and hands-on approach brings our clients a capability well suited to the present environment and extends our consulting and recruiting capability.
