Recruitment - permanent and interim appointmentsWe combine our management consultants’ knowledge of clients’ business requirements with our recruitment abilities to provide two recruitment services – permanent and interim appointments. Permanent posts handled for our clients are director and head of department level in Finance, Marketing, Purchasing and Manufacturing. For interim assignments, able managers are found to work with clients in an executive (rather than purely advisory) capacity, to run and manage their departments or operations for a finite period of time. The brief may be to solve a specific problem, or undertake a specific task, for example the purchase of equipment for an NHS Trust. It may be to provide support during a period of transition, to ‘hold the fort’ while restructuring is carried out; or there may be a mentoring role. A typical assignment or contract will last between six and 12 months. The success rate we have achieved on behalf of clients in both the public and private sectors has been singular, the recruitment process benefiting hugely from our consulting knowledge of the clients' needs.
